Service:   Provided technical team leadership, technical consulting, implementation, and daily management to the client development team for the next generation technician access product.
Solution:   A comprehensive application framework providing inter-object communications, wireless and wire-line communications, flexible data storage and a dynamically extendible Windows user-interface. The entire framework was modeled in Rational Rose using the OMT methodology and implemented in C++. Both the inter-object communications and flexible data storage packages were implemented to be cross-platform and were used extensively by client and server application development teams.
