Solution:   Provided the technical leadership and implementation force behind an aggressive proof-of-concept, followed by an agressive implementation, of a project to drastically improve Information management for a key business area . Despite tight timeframes,
a Web-based application and integration prototype was completed on schedule and within budget, meeting all of the system's requirements. The prototype laid the groundwork for the final full-scale system implementation, global deployment, and improvement in operational productivity and customer service levels. ObjectFrame participated through completion of version 1.0
